David Alberman (Snape Maltings Training Orchestra with Rostropovich conducting, 1978) is principal second violin, LSO
Emily Beynon (Guest teacher, French Song and Chamber Music of the 20th Century, 2003) is principal flute of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra
Ivor Bolton (Bach and Handel, 1982) is the Chief Conductor of the Mozarteum Orchester Salzburg
John Chillingworth (3rd Academy of String Quartets, with Guadagnini Quartet, 1979) is principal cello, English National Opera
Malcolm Critten (member of the original Snape Maltings Training Orchestra, 1977) is principal viola, Northern Sinfonia
Florian Donderer (String Quartets, with Tetra Quartet, 1991) is concertmaster of The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen
