    Matthias Goerne is known as one of the world’s great interpreters of Schubert lieder and will be performing the three great cycles with Pierre-Laurent Aimard on consecutive days at the 2011 Festival.

    Aldeburgh Festival: BPO Winds with Aimard

    Participants on this intensive course will work with Sir Colin Davis and Michael Harris to prepare an unconducted Festival performance of Mozart’s incomparable masterpiece alongside Messiaen’s groundbreaking exploration.
