Room for future growth
In 1948 no-one could have predicted how the Aldeburgh Festival would grow and evolve,
so nor can we now! Some of this space earmarked for future growth includes
income-generating shops and an art gallery.

Residential Development: The freeholder, the Gooderham family, is planning approximately
65 houses and apartments, as well as a new maltings heritage centre.
