Whether marvelling at the sounds created by a vegetable orchestra, playing the extraordinary floor-to ceiling chimes of the installation thirty-one, taking a tour of one the world’s most famous and distinctive concert halls or dropping in on short informal performances from the Britten–Pears Young Artist Programme and Aldeburgh Young Musicians, this is a weekend to experience everything Snape has to offer.
As part of the Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival, there will be a Conference on Food – why we need to change our eating habits and how it can be done.
The conference will be in the Hoffmann Building on Friday 24 September, 9am–4.30pm.
To register, please contact the Box Office on 01728 687110. An admission charge of £5 applies for the Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival
Performances are in the Hoffmann Building and outside. All events apart from Vienna Vegetable Orchestra and Friday's conference are free with no ticket required.
