SingOut2010
SingOut2010 is the culmination of three years work by Saxmundham & District Rotary Club to encourage more young people of all abilities to sing, compose and perform.
Drawing upon the skills and resources of many national and local music agencies and talented individuals, SingOut2010 has proved to be an innovative community-based initiative with a lasting musical legacy. SingOut2010 has provided a programme of composition workshops for primary teachers and a new approach to teaching music composition to very young children, the mentoring of individual student composers resulting in new songs and choral pieces which added to two major choral commissions will increase the future repertoire of music for children and young people to sing and enjoy.
The SingOut2010 Concert will celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Saxmundham & District Rotary Club.
