Corporate Hospitality Packages

Choose from one of our many concerts and other events throughout the year and just invite your guests – leave the rest to us!

A tailor-made corporate entertainment package will be created to suit your needs, and can include the following:

• Tickets and programme books
• Use of a corporate hospitality space at Snape Maltings Concert Hall 
• Pre-performance champagne reception, canapés and soft drinks
• Interval reception with wine, soft drinks and canapés
• Three course seated dinner after the concert
• Reserved car parking
• Full management of the corporate entertainment package by a dedicated member of Aldeburgh Music staff

TYPICAL EVENING SCHEDULE
for corporate hospitality option

From 6pm - Client arrives and set up
6.30pm - Guests arrive at Snape Maltings Concert Hall – reserved car parking 
6.30pm -  Pre-concert champagne reception with canapés
7.10pm - Optional brief introductory talk about the evening’s concert or opera
7.20pm - Guests move through to concert hall
7.30pm - Performance begins
8.20pm - Interval drinks and canapés
8.40pm - Second half of performance resumes
9.50pm - Post concert supper in the restaurant
